Real estate on St. George Island
and Florida’s Forgotten Coast has historically been an excellent long term
investment. Choose beachfront on St. George Island and the Gulf of Mexico, Bayfront
on Apalachicola Bay, Riverfront on the Apalachicola River or Carrabelle River, or
historic property in Apalachicola. Franklin County, the heart of the Forgotten Coast,
has something to offer everyone.
My real estate career started on
St. George Island in 1981, and I have helped people from around the world become
part of the Forgotten Coast and its environmentally-protected communities. I primarily
work on St. George Island, in Apalachicola and around Franklin County, but have
experience in other coastal areas of the Florida panhandle and in the Bahamas. I
have expertise and experience with bank owned properties (REOs) and short sales
as well as waterfront and resort properties for investment, second homes or residences.
I have lived here since 1980 and
love the natural environment, wildlife and diverse ecosystems. I was born and raised
in Louisiana, and my undergraduate degree is from Louisiana State University. My
husband John and I are loyal Tiger fans, and love SEC sports. John is a wildlife
photographer and writer. We live on five acres on Mitchell Creek (Apalachicola River)
with our four rescued dogs. John and I also own a TV channel that produces environmental,
eco-adventure, history, culture and local programming. Go to
